Using an innovative silicone tool to vacuum form an RC car body with Formech 508FS

In this episode of 'Making Things with Milo' from Smooth-On, Milo takes on vacuum forming an RC car body which presents an interesting challenge. Due to the undercuts present in the shape of the car body, a traditional rigid tool can't be used. Rather than redesigning the car body, Milo makes a flexible silicone mold that sits atop a rigid support structure. Featuring Formech 508FS
